Job Description
- This position will be responsible for managing international entities accounting function along with daily accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. You will be primarily responsible for a multitude of accounting activities, including financial analysis, general ledger review and assisting with the daily accounting needs. Ensure timely preparation and review of all required regulatory filings. The ideal candidate must possess experience in oversight and execution of ongoing accounting functions, ability to work independently, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A successful candidate should be able to collaborate with key stakeholders effectively and work across functions with various teams within Accounting department as well as outside of Accounting, including Marketing, Operations, IT, Legal and Financial Planning & Analysis. Oversee finance function of international entities, General Ledger, etc and ensure compliance with appropriate accounting standards and principles along with other statutory requirements. Oversee Monthly Closure of books of accounts along with monthly financial reporting Ensure all statutory compliances for all entities Handling Oracle responsibilities for GL Manager and FA manager Manage cash flow and availability of funds as required Perform & report various financial and accounting analysis MIS Perform lease and commission reconciliation and its reporting Perform / Review account reconciliations and flux analysis Provide effective management & leadership to the team Maintain & develop inter-departmental relationships Post Graduate with 5 + years of experience Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and coordination skills are must Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience using ORACLE, Blackline, Concur, and Coupa is a strong plus Knowledge of US-GAAP will be preferred Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work well in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment Ability to handle a high-pressure, fast-paced environment,
