Job Description

Key Focus Areas:

• Focus on driving the development and growth of secured business loans, catering specifically to emerging market retail customers.
• Direct Source Model: Work primarily within a direct sourcing model to acquire and engage customers.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience in Product At least 2-4 years of experience in secured lending, with a focus on retail lending products.
• Product Knowledge: Secured Loan Against Property (LAP) / Mortgages, Business Loan, Small ticket Business loan, Home Loan Sales.
• Qualification: 12^th Pass or Any Degree.
