Employee Service Representative Fresher Job
- Experience: 0 to 6 months (Internship experience preferred)
- Location: Mumbai (Nearby to Navi Mumbai)
- Mode of Work: Work from Office (Daily)
- Decent Compensation: 17,000 30,000 CTC (Gross with 10% TDS Deduction)
- Contract Duration: 6 months (Initial- Performance base Extension)
What we are looking :
1. Eligible candidates - Freshers with 0 exp who have completed their master's degree with all sem mark sheets or experienced candidates with exp up to 1+ Years into calling in the International voice /US voice process.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong influencing and persuasion abilities.
4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and generating reports).
5. High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
6. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, (if required).
9. Must be comfortable with a 6-month contract
10. Candidates must have all their mark sheets in hand
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle outbound calls professionally and courteously.
2. Inform employees about upcoming events, seminars, and learning sessions efficiently, ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction.
3. Use persuasive communication skills to influence employees and achieve desired outcomes.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of employee interactions in an Excel sheet.
5. Utilize basic Excel skills to manage and analyze data, generate reports, and track performance metrics.
6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address employee needs and improve processes.
7. Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, employee satisfaction scores, and engagement goals
