Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Coordination with sites/ROs team regularly to achieve the desired monthly targets and take corrective actions in case of underachievement
- Monitoring of other planning-related documents (like Progress S Curve, Earn Value Curve, Manpower Histogram, Slab Trackers, Procurement Trackers, Activity Trackers, staff productivity ratios, material wastages, work productivity ratio, delay reasons, EOT status etc.)
- Submission of planning-related documents like schedules, resource requirements, labour histograms, material histograms, visiting sites, and interaction with clients for Tender Related Works for the region/zone.
- Coordination with sites/ROs for various data collection from project sites and preparation of MIS Reports for the region/zone on Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis.
- Supporting works for conducting Internal / External Audit on behalf of the department.
- Stakeholder Management and conducting progress review meetings with the sites/ROs as and when required by the Planning Head/HO Management
- Coordination with all the internal departments at HO to clear pending issues.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / NICMAR - Construction Management with 7 to 10 years
of relevant experience in Construction Project Management including, Planning, scheduling,
tracking, monitoring, and controlling. Having hands on experience in MS Project, Primavera,
MS Excel suite for preparation of construction Schedule.
