- Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned

- Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self
- Compliance to Syngene s quality standards at all times
- Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
- Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time
Role Purpose: Efficiently handling the store department
- To store, issue and post the material.
- To prepare the weekly and monthly reports
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the department head with respect to material receipt, issues and other stores related activities.
- GRN creation and inform to SCM team if there is any discrepancy
- Review and maintain Stores related documents.
- Adherence to EHSS, Audit requirements, and Quality compliances.
- Monitoring and controlling the stores activities.
- Issue of Annexure and Checklist.
- Providing reports like weekly stock inventory report and weekly hazardous report, monthly savings report.
- Material transfer from plant to plant in SAP as well as physically
- Perform the physical stock verification and chemical sweeping on time.
- Monitoring the waste yard activities
- Complete the Synpliance task on time.
- Escalate the abnormalities and update in the daily management board.
Educational Qualification : BSc/MSc
Experience: 8 - 12 years
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP and Track wise.
- Good communication
- Knowledge of chemical safety
- MS-Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Able to face the audit.
