Senior Automation Engineer - QA - Hyderabad @ Ardent Technologies

Job Description

BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY :

 

Automation QA required with a Prior experience in Banking Domain with strong, experience in testing Web based, mobile (Android/IOS applications) applications.

Primary Functions : 

• 7+ years developing and establishing QA measures and testing standards on new applications/products and enhancements to existing applications (automation and good in manual)
• Leadership experience in managing and facilitating onshore and offshore quality assurance and testing resources.
• Must have experience in testing complex Corporate or Commercial Banking applications.
• Must have experience in testing Foreign Exchange, Trading Applications
• Excellent on Selenium with Java and Knowledge in CI/CD(Jenkins)
• Mobile testing with Appium with java (native/Hybrid/web) is a MUST
• Good knowledge and experience in SQL
• Makes recommendations on scope, timelines, and assists management with capacity planning. Forecasts and estimates testing related work.
• Creates a test approach, identifying scope of testing with risk-based approach for each feature or scope of work in a project effort identifying test environments, dependencies, constraints, prioritizing test cases and scheduling time for the testing
• Responsible for ensuring end to end testing methodology including all appropriate documentation and requirements.
• Identifies tests that are good candidates for automation. Identifies approaches for risk-based testing for each feature or scope of work in a project effort and prioritizes test execution to test high risk/high impact scenarios first.
• Accountability across multiple functions and teams including facilitation/coordination with external customers and vendors, creating and executing complex tests across multiple platforms.
