- Key Responsibilities : 1 Platform Sales Leads : Responsible for driving the creation and execution of a joint business plan 2 Ensures alignment across client expectations, contract, financials, solution, and our capability to deliver 3 Captures and manage platform level Client Expectations along-with Identifying associated risks, including gaps or misalignments, with respect to the platform and carrying risk assessment for mega deals 4 Also responsible for managing strategic partnerships with focus on revenue
- Technical Experience : a:Experience/exposure to wider Salesforce ecosystem eg Marketing Cloud, Heroku, CPQ, Field Service, Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Tableau, MuleSoft etc added advantage b:Experience in Agile methodology and experience in working on Agile projects must have c;Experience with JIRA, Rally or similar tool is preferred nice to have d:Experience of agile delivery and DevOps principles and tooling
- Professional Attributes : 1 Effective Communication and Co-ordination skills 2 Good at Analytical skills 3 End to End knowledge on Software Testing process 4 Experience in leading the team, hosting scrum meetings,assigning tasks and monitoring tasks
- Educational Qualification : a:16 years IT exp with minimum 2 years of Delivery Lead experience within Salesforce ecosystem
- Additional Information : Salesforce Admin Certificate is nice to have
