Reporting to our Executive Chef, this role will continuously enhancing our guest gastronomy journey The Successful Candidate Will Meet The Following Criteria A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role. In-depth knowledge of international cuisine, particularly Southeast Asian and Mediterranean, with a focus on sustainable, organic, and locally sourced ingredients. Proven ability to develop and implement innovative menus that align with the luxury brand standards of Alila Villas Uluwatu.,
