We are in search of Senior Professional to Manage Accounts & Finance Operations of the organization, as detailed below :
COMPANY PROFILE :
Fast Growing Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Contracting Company , providing end-to-end services from design, supply, civil works, erection , commissioning, in the field of Power Transmission Lines, Substations and Distribution Projects.
Position : Sr. Manager Accounts & Finance .
Purpose :
To ensure the proper Budgeting and MIS reporting is been done for the business analysis purpose.
Location : Andheri - Mumbai
Requirements :
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA ) .
Experience of 8-12 years to Collate , Manage & Control Accounting and Financial Operations of EPC organization.
In depth knowledge & Experience to Prepare Budget , MIS and its analysis.
In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
Key Deliverable :
To define and maintain data repository requirements, define and develop analytic tools, define periodic report, and develop custom report format working in conjunction with key users.
To prepare the budget and MIS for the SBU in accordance with draft required by corporate in order to facilitate consolidation of budget and MIS requirement.
To continuously evolve and reframe the budget templates and MIS reporting structure, as business evolve regulatory compliance reports.
Collation and submission of project wise, Region Wise, Line of Business, MIS and consolidated for Project SBU considering all the profit and cost canters.
Tracking of project wise/region-wise/LOB wise/division actual expenses against budget and forecast and performing variance analysis and exceptional reporting.
Resolve all the issues and queries which are escalated by the team accounts and commercial.
Resolve all the escalated queries with respect to other operating teams.
Consult the consultants and experts with regards to any feasibility for new line of business , any tax or legal implications cost reduction, process improvement etc.
Monitor the actual and budget variance and analyze the same.
