Responsibility:

PREQ processing
Approval flow as PO, Invoice,
Payment proposals
Costs and expenditures as OPEX, CAPEX
Communication with Vendors
Budget v/s Actual trackers, MIS Reports, SharePoint tracker updates
Power BI Reporting
Coordination with Finance and Marketing teams
Event management procedure would be additional knowledge
