Impact: This is a client-facing, revenue-generating, individual contributor role with the following responsibilities: The Candidate must have min have 10 years of experience in Channel Sales /partner mgmt./Key account management, MNCs, Defence, Govt. Clients. The JOB:
- The person must have a flair for Driving Sales and the skills to drive the process from Identifying potentials in alignment to suitable solution applications & must have experience of achieving and managing Self-Created Projects.
- The personal Must have excellent communication skills (Written & Oral) and a flair to be able to effectively manage interactions with varied levels of clients.
- Should be effectively be able to prepare content and manage presentations with peer-level customer accounts.
- Further will be responsible for activities like Product demonstrations, Customer-oriented & aligned presentation templates, statement of work, RFP responses, etc. . and any other activity required to generate business in this role.
- Pleasing personality and an impressionable presence.
- Work experience in identifying & managing multi-city customer accounts within Hyderabad & Telangana state is important.
- Incumbent having managed respective territory in addition to Core Work Experience in location will be preferred.
- The Candidate must have a complete Topographical Working knowledge of potential patches in the region aligned with the above preferred potential Customer segments enlisted like the Department of Post, state and central government accounts, PSUs, defence accounts, Pharma companies, IT corporates, etc.
- Work-related travel is an intrinsic part of the profile. Key Competencies & Qualification:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline preferred MBA
- Proven Track Record & Ability to develop potential and accelerated accomplishments of business in line with Goals.
- Good networking skills must be comfortable interacting with senior management and decision-makers and C-level client contacts.
- Presentation development and delivery skills
- Displays original thinking and creativity; meets challenges with resourcefulness; Generates suggestions for improving work; Develops innovative approaches and ideas. Professional experience from at least one of the following companies: 1. Work experience with a Company that has been in the business of hardware sales like Printing & or allied Solutions, OA products etc. 2. Work experience with a Company providing, products or services to, Major Top Corporates, and MNC, Government institutions.
