Agm / Dgm - Sfe / Sfa- Pharma Co. - Bangalore. @ DreamWeavers InfoCom

Candidate will be working with reputed pharmaceutical company as DGM / GM

(SFA/ SFE) based at Bangalore and will be responsible for supporting multiple sales

division for working with SFE and SFA

1. Candidate will be responsible for the development, delivery, implementation reporting and monitoring of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Sales Force Automation (SFA)

2. Good on Data analytics and Microsoft excel and PPT working

3. Working experience with any good SFA (SALES FORCE AUTOMATION TOOL)

4. Development & implementation of SFA modules for field force in line with business requirements.

5. Responsible for end to end delivery of SFA solutions including planning, resourcing.

6. Managing team and understanding of large data working supporting 20 plus sales divisions.

7. Submitting periodic reports / database and division.

Required Candidate profile

1. Preferably MSC (Statics) or B.CA or B.SC (IT) or Any Graduate / Post Graduate

2. Experience 12 - 14 years in handling SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) and SFA (Sales Force Automation Tool) in a Pharmaceuticals company, having Multiple Sales Divisions.

3. Candidate will be working closely with IT team

4. Candidate should have min 10 years Experience in Pharma business.

5. Candidate should be good in Advance Excel, Sales Analysis and Analytical skills.

6. Candidate should have good knowledge on working of SFA/ SFE, Sales MIS and Close coordination with division head and Marketing.

7. You should be submitting MIS data on time to top management and division heads.
