POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Supplier Delivery Performance Manager, you will be responsible for the
following
- Audit the Supplier s for Capability and Capacity, derive ramp-up plans.
- Support Sites in improvement of key procurement KPIs-Supplier OTIF, ZMP (Zero Missing Parts) and lead time
- Crisis Management and recovery planning
- Support Procurement team for Business Award Decisions and risk mitigation actions
- Aniticipate SC risk and mitigation action planning
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Conduct Full Supply Chain Audit and Capacity Audit and post the same
- on the Central Sharepoint as per the agreed road-map defined at start of year
- Define and follow-up for the action plan emanating from these audits in the SQP/SharePoints.
- Monitoring of process performance with systematic monthly review of root causes & analysis with follow up with vendors for action plan closure
- Ensure key Supplier Relationship KPIs positive trend (On Time In Full, Parts Availability, Capacity)
- Be the first point of escalation available to Procurement Managers in caseof errant suppliers
- Manage the Vendor Payment process for direct materials Centrally
SKILLS & EDUCATION
- Degree holder in Engineering Stream from a reputed instittuation.
- Excellent Behavioural, communication and interperosnal skills
- Languages: English fluent, Good Working knowledge of Hindi to manage negotiations, Any regional language
- Tools: Adequate exposure to ERP (SAP preferred). Good working Knowledge of web based SC & Material Planning tools
- Experience: Should have min 8 years of relevant experience (combined) in:
- Supply Chain and Planning
- Procurement / Sourcing / Purchasing
- Supplier Quality / Supplier Development
- Maufacturing / Industrial Engineering
- Should have good exposure in different manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing principles and Value Stream Mapping
- Certification in onsite Audit for Supplier Evaluation, Supply Chain and/or Supplier Qualitywould be preferable
Location Bangalore, Transfereable to any AT location as per business need.
Willing to travel This job would need the individual to
travel within India and abroad for around 20 working days
each month conducting Supplier site audits & Specific short term assignment of delivery/development topics.
