Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, engineering, and delivery of customized galley solutions. Manage a cross-functional, transnational team, fostering collaboration with customer service, engineering, and other departments. Ensure high-quality deliverables in compliance with safety standards, on time and within budget. Ensure integration into project deliverables. Work closely with customers to ensure that solutions meet their specific operational requirements. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Aeronautics). Minimum 6 years of leadership or supervisory experience in the aerospace industry. Strong background in Galley and Air Cabin interior design. Extensive knowledge in sheet metal design as well as extrusion profile design and manufacturing Proficient in understanding Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) concepts. Experience in composite design and manufacturing is preferred. Experience working with bolted, welded, riveted, and glued assemblies Project Leading experience with a focus on global, cross-functional teams. Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to travel as needed. Desirable Qualities: Entrepreneurial mindset to drive innovation and improve processes. Ability to build and inspire a high-performing team. Strong understanding of customer support and service delivery. Resilience in managing change and working under pressure. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.,
