Position Overview:

The Lead Engineer - IT will be responsible for system support, installation, configuration, and maintenance of various IT products. The role requires expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues while ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 7+ years of experience in IT support and endpoint compliance management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving daily IT issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, Windows OS, LAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
• Handle system installation, configuration, and maintenance of vendor products.
• Generate and manage IT support tickets, assigning tasks to relevant teams, and ensuring resolution within SLA.
• Support the resolution of incident, change, and problem management requests per business requirements.
• Prepare and submit IT reports to leads and managers on a daily basis.
• Ensure timely support services to all employees while maintaining high service levels.
• Ensure endpoint compliance, including antivirus, encryption, and Windows patch updates.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and reports using Excel as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 to 7+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Experience in ticketing systems and IT service management.
• Knowledge of endpoint compliance, including antivirus, encryption, and patch management.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
