- Job Title: HR Generalist (Recruiter 30% and Operation 70 %) Experience : 0 to 3 Years Open Positions : 1 Salary:2.5 To 4 LPA Work From Office Role : Base Work Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400093 Base work Location: Mumbai Emerald Jewel Industry India Limited, Address: 1, Mahakali Caves Rd, Chakala, Chakala Industrial Area (MIDC), Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400093 Roles and responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Source, attract, and engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on internal and external job boards, ensuring they are up-to-date and compelling. Employee Records. Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including recordkeeping and reporting requirements. Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
