Job Description for Onboarding (Mumbai & Pune)

• Managing the end to end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles Virtual & Physical
• Auditing data and setting up employee profiles in internal HR systems and ensuring compliance with all processes
• Maintaining & updating different HR-Op reports.
• Carrying out different activities related to pre & post Onboarding.
• Employee query resolution on the HR portal
• Ensuring timely initiation of BGV as per clients

Must Have:

• Work experience in HR Onboarding
• Good Communication Skill (Verbal and Written), Quick Learner
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Powerpoint/ Excel

Job Description for LNA Executive (Mumbai)

• Handling leave and attendance queries
• End to end responsible for managing payroll inputs (Attendance and Leave) and managing queries of employees on leave and attendance
• Maintaining and publishing data as per business requirement

Must Have:

• Relevant Work experience
• Good Communication Skill (Verbal and Written), Quick Learner and Team handling experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Powerpoint/ Excel

Shift Timings - 10 am to 6pm / 11 am to 7 pm

Notice Period required - Immediate to 30 Days

No. of working days - 5 days working

Education- Masters in Business/ Graduate
