Job Description
Title Claims Senior Solution Engineer
Key Areas Configuration knowledge of FNOL, Medicare , Service Benefit Type, Reserves, Forms & Correspondence, Integrations and Party.
Detail JD:
- Desing and develop the customization around Claims Desktop, Console modules, Party Module, Task Creation, Extension and Advanced Extension points, Auto Reserves
- Lead the design and implementation of Duck Creek Claims solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide functional guidance on the configuration, integration, and deployment of Duck Creek Claims modules.
- Participate in team meetings, presenting solution designs, technical architecture, and best practices.
- Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts to address any technical issues or challenges with Duck Creek Claims.
- Ensure the integration of Duck Creek Claims with third-party applications , Downstream and systems, including claims processing, underwriting, and payment systems.
