Job Description

A Capital Market Broking House is Hiring for Sales Head profile Place of Work : Agra (later on, has an option to move Noida). Job Description Mandatory Experience in Capital Market Domain Primary responsibility will be acquire new clients through the sales team A key Sales team member who would be responsible for team acquisition at various location Would be initially managing a team of 15 people and is expected to add 25-30 people every year Motivation and monitoring of the team at different locations and make them responsible for targets achievement Training of sales at different location who work without any office . Should have capacity to solve sales team and clients problems from time to time Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.,
