- Job Title: Junior Quality Manager Reports To: Quality Manager Location: Nashik Type: FTE Job Overview: We are looking for a Junior Quality Manager to ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. The Junior Quality Manager, or Junior Quality Assurance Manager, will inspect the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets customer expectations. A great junior quality manager is thorough and observant with an eye for detail. They must fully understand the requirements for the product or service and have a sense of responsibility towards our potential and existing customers as well as the competition. The goal is to help preserve our reputation by ensuring that our products and services are capable to drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities and Duties: Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes. Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are. Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance. Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations. Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures. Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible. Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards. Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements. Approve the right products or reject defectives. Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis. Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met. Set and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average turnaround time for quality checks). Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures. Required Candidate profile: Successfully completed BE Mechanical Engineer / Industrial Engineer, Business Management/BBA /MBAwith good grades. Experience in the field of healthcare industry (up to 1 year) but not mandatory. No year drop throughout Educational career. Software skills-MS Office-advanced level (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Knowledge of MS Project will be an advantage . Excellent English verbal and written communication skills . Excellent social skills, team player, ability to work in stressful situations etc. Ability to lead teams, assertive, excellent communicative skills with professional appearance. Availability to travel as needed. Candidates with valid driving license-LMV will be preferred. Conscientious and responsible. A keen eye for detail and a result driven approach. In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards. Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods.,
