1. Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers involved in the project. Ensuring that contracts comply with legal requirements, company policies, and project specifications. Managing contract modifications, extensions, and terminations as necessary. Monitoring contract performance and adherence to terms and conditions. Resolving contract disputes and addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. 2. Estimation: Conducting detailed cost estimations for construction projects, including materials, labour, equipment, and overhead expenses. Analysing project requirements, specifications, and drawings to develop accurate cost estimates. Utilizing historical data, industry benchmarks, and market trends to inform cost projections. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to refine estimates and optimize project budgets. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions to maximize project profitability. 3. Billing and Invoicing: Developing and implementing billing processes and procedures for the villa project. Generating accurate and timely invoices for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Verifying billing information, including labour, materials, and other project costs. Coordinating with project managers and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy and consistency. 4. Cost Control and Monitoring: Monitoring project costs throughout the construction lifecycle to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Tracking actual costs against estimated budgets and identifying variances. Implementing cost control measures to mitigate overruns and minimize financial risks. Analysing project performance metrics and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Recommending corrective actions and adjustments to project plans as needed to maintain financial targets. 5. Stakeholder Communication: Serving as a primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns and ensure alignment. Facilitating meetings and discussions to review project progress, cost implications, and billing status. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies 6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of contracts, estimates, billing documents, and project correspondence. Generating regular reports on project finances, including cost breakdowns, billing summaries, and cash flow forecasts. Analysing financial data to identify trends, deviations from budget, and areas for improvement. Providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 7+ years of experience in Contract for boutique hotels, High-end villas or township projects. Minimum of 7 years of experience in estimation, billing . Proven track record of managing billing & Contract. Strong technical skills in engineering design software and project management tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
