Job Description Job Description: Sr Staff Automation Engineer Bloom Energy, a solid oxide fuel cell company, is looking for a Sr Staff Big Data Automation Engineer to join its Advanced Process Controls (APC) group. APC is a small team of highly skilled individuals who are changing the way fuel cells are operated. This individual should be a dynamic professional who is looking for a rewarding future in one of today s most exciting technologies. Location: This position will be based in Bangalore, IN. Role and Responsibilities: Develop & maintain ETL processes for producers like OSI PI, MSSQL, HDFS & consumers like kafka, mongo, hbase & hive. Implement & maintain streaming analytics on platforms like Spark & Storm Skills and Experience: Experience with NoSQL databases Hadoop & MongoDB Experience with Java or Scala Sound understanding of Linux & Bash scripting Experience with Spark or Storm for streaming Familiarity with scalable parallelized server architecture for online real time data acquisition & analysis Fast Learner who is open to try out new technologies and thrives in challenging and fast paced work environment Qualifications: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related engineering field At least 6-12 years of relevant experience
