- NOTE: APPLY ONLY IF PREVIOUSLY WORKED IN FASTENER SECTOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : 10-15 YEARS We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in the fastener industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and managing the production team to meet company goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily production activities to ensure that manufacturing targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and timelines. Identify areas for process enhancement and implement changes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity. Ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer specifications through rigorous quality control measures. Lead, train, and motivate the production team, fostering a positive and safe working environment. Develop and manage production schedules, coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Inventory Management: Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory, ensuring timely procurement and minimizing stock discrepancies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety and accountability. Prepare and present production reports, metrics, and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in production management within the fastener or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and lean manufacturing principles.
