Software Testing Engineer - Chandigarh @ Elevate

Job Description

We need a professional who:

• Is passionate about technology, keeping the systems and knowledge updated

Specifically, this role will involve:

• Analyzing the requirements from clients

• Working with client US teams as the point of contact for testing during the life -cycle of the project

• Analyzing user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility

• Preparing and executing test cases (manual) and analyzing results

• Conducting post -release/ post -implementation testing

• Working with cross -functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

• Addressing client communication

• Proposing solutions and strategies to business challenges

• Managing outages, customer escalations, crisis management, and other similar circumstances

• Creating and managing project documentation

Skills:

• Testing for Project upgrades, UI Configuration Using JavaScript, HTML

• Detailed understanding of MS Office

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing techniques

• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

• Analytical mind and problem -solving aptitude

• Sense of ownership and its impact on the company s success

• Exposure to client communication, preferably international clients

• Fluent in communication (English) written and verbal as well as keen listening skills

• Comfortable working in teams as well as independently

• Ability to coordinate between cross -functional teams

Qualifications:

• Any technical graduate/postgraduate from a reputed institute, preferably in information technology or computers
