Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, tactics, and campaigns to drive business growth and increase market share. 3. Agent Recruitment and Development: Recruit, train, and develop new agents to ensure a strong sales pipeline and succession planning. 4. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to agents to improve results. Requirements: 1.
