Invoice Processing: Assist with the preparation, entry, and verification of sales and purchase invoices. Ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time. 2. Reconciliations: Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations. Resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of all transactions. 4. Financial Reporting: Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts. Contribute to financial reports and data analysis. 5. General Ledger Maintenance: Help maintain and update the general ledger and other financial records. Ensure data accuracy and completeness. 6. Expense Management: Process employee expense claims in accordance with company policies. 7. Assistance with Audits: Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information. 8. Tax Compliance: Assist with the preparation of VAT returns and other tax compliance duties. Qualifications and Skills Required Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field Preferably Male candidate Strong numerical and analytical skills.
