Job Description
- BE Civil with 10-15 years experience Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field. Civil Site Project Lead role focus on successful execution of projects at specific locations, overseeing various aspects such as planning, coordination, communication, and risk management to ensure that projects are completed successfully and meet the desired objectives. Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects at assigned sites. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, identify risks, and implement corrective actions. Communicate project updates and status reports to key stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at project sites. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment for project teams. Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members.,
