Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Operations & Quality at Raj Hospitals in Ranchi. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards are met, optimizing processes for efficiency, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. The Senior Executive will collaborate with various departments to enhance patient care and experience while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Qualifications Experience in healthcare operations and quality management Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field Certifications in Quality Management or Healthcare Operations are a plus,
