Qualification: Any Engineering + MHRD / MHRM / MBA - HR Experience: 10 + Yrs. Location: Vadodara Salary: 14.00 to 16.00 Lacks P/A Job Description: All L&D initiatives rollout plan and its evaluation. Incumbent will ensure that all trainees had undergone their syllabus & its compliance in ERP To will ensure Competency Development of trainees & Companys employee for future business plans. Training Need Identification of all Company employee, Preparation of Training Calendar and Imparting timely in-house and outbound training. Ensuring TTT program is done timely including Training Evaluation Required Skills: Hardcore Learning & Development experience in any Industry. Capable of developing Module for Trainees. Prior experience in Individual Development Plan (IDP) preparation and its Implementation exposure for all employees.
