We are in urgent requirement of a HR Recruiter for our Corporate Office in Kolkata.

Job Description

Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates over telephone calls / Mailers/Job Posting for current open roles.
Fulfilling the recruitment targets within the stipulated time frame.
Create and publish job ads in various portals with prior permission.
Screening resumes and job Applications and lining then for interviews.
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, executive and Manager).
Work according to the hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Following up on the interview process status.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.

Desired Profile

Qualification : Graduate in any stream
Minimum 4 years in non-it recruitment required
Can work on targets
Immediate Joiners will be preferred
