Prepare and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. Track the status of orders and ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to the procurement process. Support the procurement team in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers. Conduct market research to stay updated on market trends and supplier offerings. Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring stock availability. Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs. Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
