Work Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Bengaluru | Years of experience: 8+ years | Level: Associate Manager
Key Responsibilities
Business requirements gathering
High level business solution design, which may cover aspects of customer journey design, policy design, business process design, business procedure design
Evaluate relative costs, benefits and obstacles of potential solutions
Traceability of requirements and solution design into subsequent design activity
Analysis for key decisions made by the Project sponsor or steering committee
Interact with vendor and other teams
Technical Experience
Experience in Retail Banking/Cards/Payments/Regulatory&Compliance/CDD/KYC/AML areas of banking domain is required
Work with the Visual Designer on UI and UX
Work with Business, Risk, Compliance, Development Teams
Work on/Own Epics User stories and swim-lane
Experience in working with global stake holders directly
Professional Attributes
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels across Business users and technology teams
Self-starter/highly motivated person who is prepared to use their own initiative to understand and follow up issues
Takes ownership of problems through resolution
Knowledge and skill requirements
Self-motivated individual with highest levels of professionalism
8+ years of experience in banking preferably in core banking BA
Demonstrated experience in relationship building & networking skills
