Identifying prospective Customers, Business Opportunities, Assessing Customer needs in terms of promoting our Liner Services primarily for Special Containers i.e. FR & OT.
Responsible for development of Special Container volumes & business Ex. Nhava Sheva primarily.
Providing rates to assigned clients as per their requirement for Different Sectors and Different Ports within Principals service profile.
Developing new customer base along with retention of existing clientele.
Follow-up with the Clients for Bookings on proposals and quotes offered & convert inquiries to firm bookings.
Driving the Sales & CS team for achieving volume/revenue targets.
Achieving individual volume/revenue targets set by Management.
Generating Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales reports and submitting the same to HODs.
Pro-actively search, qualify, develop and engage in new customer relationships.
Provide after Sales support to all Existing and New Clients.
Designing & execution of Sales Strategies consistently across the assigned Zone.
Recoveries of outstanding payments (if any) within approved time-frame / limit.
