Job Description

    Job Summary:
    The Backoffice ATL/Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the back office team. This role involves managing workflows, ensuring timely and accurate processing of tasks, providing training and support to team members, and maintaining high standards of customer service and data integrity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Management:

     

    • Led and supervised the back office team to ensure efficient and effective operation.
    • Assign tasks and monitor workloads to ensure timely completion.
    • Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

     

    Operations Management:

     

    • Oversee daily back office operations, including Data searching, Data Management, and processing of transactions.
    • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
    • Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Identify and address operational issues promptly.

     

    Quality Control:

     

    • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and integrity.
    • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement quality control measures to prevent errors and discrepancies.
    •  

    Communication and Coordination:

     

    oAct as a liaison between the back office team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

    oHandle escalated issues and provide resolution in a timely manner.

    oPrepare and present reports on team performance, operational metrics, and improvement initiatives.

     

    Process Improvement:

     

    • Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in back office operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a back office or administrative role, with at least 2-3 years of Expereince
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
    • Proficient in MS Office and back office software applications.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
