Job Description:
A Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Beverages products, managing customer relationships, and ensuring product availability in assigned areas. Their tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, identifying potential customers, maintaining inventory, and working closely with distributors and retailers. They also help with product promotions, resolve customer issues, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
Qualification :12'th Pass Or Graduation
Communication: English & Kannada
Experience : 2 to 5 year experience in FMCG sales background.
Interview : Face to Face round of interview (Only 2 round)
Location : Electronic city, Bidadi, Yeshwanthpura, Hsr layout, BG Road, BTM Layout, Banshankari, Nagarbhavi, peenya + Mysore, Shivamogga, Bellary, Hospete, Hassan,
Bike & DL Mandatory
Salary : Max 3to 4L PA with attractive incentive plans + TADA per a day 250Rs
what you'll do:
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed the assigned sales targets for Bisleri products in the given territory.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Market Research: Identify market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to develop strategies for increasing sales.
- Product Distribution: Ensure the availability and timely distribution of Bisleri products in retail stores and outlets.
- Promotions and Marketing: Conduct promotional activities and events to increase brand visibility and product sales.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels at retail locations and coordinate with the distribution team for restocking.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
