Job Description
- Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI) Engineer to join our team and lead the development cutting-edge AI solutions, including large language models, generative AI, chatbots, and intelligent recommendation systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML/AI solutions with a focus on generative AI, LLMs, chatbots, and recommendation engines. Lead the implementation of state-of-the-art AI models and persona-based solutions. Architect and maintain cloud-based ML/AI infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Optimize AI/ML models for production environments and ensure high performance at scale. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field. Minimum 4 years of professional experience in ML/AI Engineering. Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems including LLMs, chatbots, and recommendation systems. Strong expertise in GCP services, particularly AI/ML services and scalable infrastructure. Deep understanding of modern AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch and MLOps practices Extensive experience with large language models, transformer architectures, and generative AI technologies. Proven track record of building AI solutions that scale to millions of users Technical Skills Programming Languages : Python, Pyspark. AI/ML Frameworks : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face. Cloud Technologies : Preferred GCP (Vertex AI, AI Platform, BigQuery Kubernetes). MLOps Tools : Kubeflow, TFX, ML metadata tracking. Big Data : Spark, Hadoop ecosystem. Version Control : Git, Qualifications : Advanced experience with transformer architectures and foundation models. Expertise in AI model deployment, fine-tuning, and A/B testing. Strong knowledge of AI/ML monitoring and observability tools. Experience with distributed computing and parallel processing for AI workloads. Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives. Experience mentoring junior engineers. Strong project management and prioritization skills (ref:hirist.tech),
