Desired Candidate Profile
Core Objectives of Quality Management Team:Define, Design and Implement various processes for Automotive Domain.
- Perform GAP analysis between different International Quality Standards & QMS
- Define & Deploy Quality Management System compliant with International Standards.
- Develop Training Material for Quality Management System
- Provide Quality Management System trainings
- Implement and Monitor the compliance of processes across automotive division
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitates the creation and maintenance of process definitions, in collaboration with managers and engineering staff.
- Facilitates software process assessments.
- Maintains process database.
- Tracks, monitors, and reports on the status of process improvement.
- Facilitates the creation of QMS training material.
- Arranges for process training or continuing education related to process improvements.
- Provides process consultation to development projects and management.
- Obtains and maintains the support of all levels of management.
- Maintains collaborative working relationships with software engineers, especially to obtain, plan for, and install new practices and technologies.
Technical Skills
Expertise in the following Standards
- ASPICE (Mandatory) Level 2 / 3
- ISO26262 (Mandatory)
- CMMi (Optional)
Desired Profile
The Quality Process Manager is expected to have
- Expertise in ASPICE standard.
- Expertise in ISO26262 standard.
- Exposure in CMMi standards.
- Hands on experience in process definition [ASPICE Leve 2 and Level 3, ISO26262]
- Automotive Domain (Business Level) Embedded Technology (System Level) knowledge.

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Instrumentation
