Job Description

    Position: Sales Manager - Closing
    Location: Airoli
    Employment Type: Full-Time
    Salary: 45K to 60K

    Job Summary:
    The Sales Manager Closing is responsible for overseeing the final stages of a sales, hiring, or real estate closing process. They ensure all necessary documentation, compliance, and client interactions are completed efficiently and accurately to finalize deals. The role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills to drive successful closures.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage the closing process to ensure smooth and timely completion of deals.
    Review and verify all necessary documentation for accuracy and compliance.
    Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to address concerns and finalize agreements.
    Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
    Negotiate final terms and resolve any last-minute issues that may arise.
    Train and mentor team members on best practices in closing techniques.
    Monitor key performance metrics to optimize the closing process.
    Maintain records and prepare reports on closed deals and performance analytics.

    Qualifications & Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
    Proven experience in a closing or sales management role.
    Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    Proficiency in CRM software and document management tools.

    Preferred Skills:
    Experience in #Recruitment, #RealEstate, #Finance, or #Sales.
    Ability to handle high-pressure negotiations effectively.
    Leadership experience with a track record of closing high-value deals.
