Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Sector- 66, Gurugram
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to 30,000 per month
Job Summary:
We're looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients through our domestic voice process. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a drive to resolve issues efficiently, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound customer calls, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, addressing their needs and exceeding their expectations.
3. Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
5. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and adherence to schedule.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
