Job Description
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Oversee seamless execution of projects by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Review project plans, specifications, and designs to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential challenges.
- Ensure optimal resource availability and allocation for all projects.
- Delegate tasks effectively, leveraging team members; strengths and expertise.
- Expedite shop drawings, approvals, and necessary documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress to align with plans and quality standards.
- Facilitate site meetings with contractors, clients, architects, consultants, and PMCs.
- Manage the project lifecycle, from inception and resource allocation to final handover.
- Control construction costs, maintain quality standards, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee site billing processes and ensure project profitability while achieving client satisfaction.
- Prepare and analyze project MIS reports for informed decision-making.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in managing large-scale retail, hospitality, or commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Architecture (B.Arch).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing project teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel pan-India as per project requirements.
