    Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator IT to join our team and provide essential IT support to the Boche Tea Division. The ideal candidate will have 24 years of experience as a project coordinator, preferably in the IT industry, and possess a strong technical foundation with a BCA or BTech degree. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage project activities and ensure seamless IT operations within the division. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking IT projects to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate between cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and the Boche Tea Division. Monitor project progress, address potential issues, and provide status updates to stakeholders. Provide technical support to the Boche Tea Division, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Oversee the installation and configuration of IT systems, ensuring optimal performance. Maintain IT infrastructure by conducting regular audits, updates, and backups. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including scope, timelines, and deliverables. Generate regular reports to communicate project performance and IT system health. Serve as the primary point of contact between the IT department and the Boche Tea Division. Ensure alignment of IT solutions with the operational needs of the division. Address feedback and implement improvements based on stakeholder input. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and data security protocols. Proactively suggest enhancements to existing IT processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to IT and project management. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in IT or related fields. 24 years of experience in a project coordinator role within the IT industry. Prior experience in IT support or infrastructure management is preferred. Hands-on experience with IT systems, network troubleshooting, and hardware/software management. Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
