Job Title: Performance Marketer

Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi

Reports To: COO

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Blinkit, Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve ROI and campaign objectives.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
• Analyse campaign data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with marketplace trends and algorithm changes to maintain competitiveness.
• Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase sales on e-commerce platforms.
• Track, measure, and report on KPIs related to campaign performance.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficiency in all advertising efforts.
