We are Hiring for Industrial Nurse
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Recording patient vital signs and medical information.
- Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.
- Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Administering non-intravenous medications.
- Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
- Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.

Terms of Employment:
Permanent, Full-time (2087 annualized hours including holiday) this is an annualized role so hours worked may vary from month to month but the salary will be paid monthly in 12 equal installments over the year. You will be expected to work on weekends, Bank holidays and Limited evenings.
Purpose of The Job:
Work under the supervision and support of a senior staff or above, taking responsibility for assessing the needs and the planning development, implementation and evaluation of individual care plans.

Information relating to records, diagnosis or employee records, or information concerning contracts, tenders and other commercially sensitive matters etc. are considered to be confidential and must not be divulged without prior authority. Breaches of confidentiality will result in disciplinary action being taken.

Each year you will have a formal appraisal. During this meeting personal objectives and a personal development plan will be agreed with you. Performance in achieving these objectives and progress towards completing your personal development plan will be discussed regularly throughout the year.
