Job Description

 

Our Growing Company Is Seeking An Experienced And Dynamic Human Resources Manager To Lead Our HR Department. As The HR Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Managing All Aspects Of HR, Including Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Benefits Administration, And Employee Relations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1.  Policies and Procedures: They help develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines. This includes ensuring adherence to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and promoting best practices for efficient operations.
  2. Manage The Full-Cycle Recruitment Process, Including Job Postings, Resume Screening, Interviewing, And Selection
  3. Oversee The Onboarding Process For New Hires, Including Orientation, Training, And Paperwork
  4. Oversee Employee Relations, Including Conflict Resolution, Disciplinary Actions, And Termination Processes
  5. Participate In Strategic Planning And Contribute To Company-Wide Initiatives
  6. Administrative Support: To Provide overall administrative support to the organization. This involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, and handling general correspondence.
  7. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain and update various documents and records, including employee records, contracts, licenses, and permits.
  8. Communication and Coordination: Facilitating effective communication within the organization, coordinating between different departments, and handling external inquiries or requests.
  9. Vendor Management: The admin manager may be responsible for managing relationships with external vendors and suppliers. This involves negotiating contracts, monitoring service levels, and coordinating procurement processes.
  10. Miscellaneous Tasks: In a small-scale industry, the admin manager may take on additional responsibilities as needed. This could include assisting with marketing activities, handling basic IT support, or supporting other functional areas as required.
  11. Call Handling : Handling the calls and arranging a call back from the concern team.
