Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for full cycle recruiter, sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, and placing direct seasonal hires.
2) Ability to effectively manage requisitions and consistently meet performance metrics and goals.
3) Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
4) Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
5) Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
6) Develop a comprehensive understanding of the roles, responsibilities, and the ideal candidate profile for each vacancy.
7) Post job openings on various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media platforms, and company websites.
8)Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to source potential candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using job portals, social media, and recruitment tools.
Experience in HR software or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is desirable.
