To Dcathlon to keep your skill and keep growing the Decathlon projects around the world Project Description We are looking for a sport leader coach for our store. Its located in Nashik, on Indore-Mumbai National Highway. The store was opened in 2014, its the only store of Nashik with 2000 square meters. The turnover in 2024 is to do 31Cr. The new leader will have a really good challenge in 2024. We expect a turnover of 31cr and an increase in our basket from 2100 rupees to 2250 rupees and an increase in the number of customers from the area 15-25 minutes from the store. The population of Nashik is 22 lakhs of people and other pieces of information Responsibilities / Missions: Your mission highlights your leadership Develop a Human and Commercial project. Define and implement this project with the team you lead. Together, you meet the challenges you have set for yourself. Your playing field allows you to put your skills to work in the service of sport You are the coach/leader of the team, you have managerial responsibility for the team: recruitment, career management, training and skills development, and planning. Ensure the well-being of each team member. Define and lead the sales project for your department: management of your product range, shelf space, stocks, and sales drive. You play as a team: the whole team is an ambassador for our products! You are responsible for your operating account and are the real pilot of your activity. You will develop and manage your resources independently to achieve your objectives. You will work as a team with the shop leader who will manage you, and you will benefit from a training plan to help you succeed in all your missions. You are co-opted by your leader and are successful in your current job You are committed, a challenging person, and you have a taste for challenge You are rigorous and demanding, but at the same time benevolent.
