3 to 5 years of Sales experience in the Real Estate Industry.
-Work experience in Real Estate Consultancy/Franchise or with Real estate portals, Builder / Home Loans, would be preferred.
-Candidates having experience in handling outstation & NRI Clients / Channel Partners will be preferred and shall be considered for suitable position.
-Generating inquiries through various marketing activities like cold calls, own database calling and tools like website, social media.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
- Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers, sellers & leasers.
- Coordinating for appointments with clients for showing the property.
- Preparing and managing documentation and internal databases to ensure up-to- date property and client information is on record.
- Handling events, programs, and activities.
- Managing and updating the CRM and lead status.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
- Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
