About the Company: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Senior Analyst Data to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive HR strategies and initiatives, providing insightful data-driven recommendations, and supporting the overall HR function through robust data management and analysis. Responsibilities: Collect, compile, and analyze HR data from various sources. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment, compensation, performance, and engagement. Develop and maintain HR dashboards for real-time monitoring of HR performance indicators. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data. Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance data management processes. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support HR strategies and decision-making. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities. Support workforce planning and talent management initiatives through predictive analytics. Continuously assess and improve data collection and analysis processes. Implement best practices in HR data analytics and reporting. Train HR team members on data analysis tools and techniques. Work closely with HR leadership, business partners, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in human resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR data analysis or a related field. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and best practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
