We seek an experienced Product Sales Specialist with expertise in Labels, Ribbons, and Hologram Labels. Role Overview: This growth-focused position targets consumable sales within a defined region. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of packaging and barcoding, with the ability to communicate industry, technical, and product information effectively. Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify and prospect new business opportunities, conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, collaborating with inside sales to build a strong lead base. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction and recurring revenue. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, stay updated on features and applications, and conduct product demonstrations. Quota Attainment: Achieve and exceed sales targets through new business acquisition and customer retention, analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed. Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and collaborate with internal teams for customer onboarding and support. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5-8 years of successful product sales experience in the Barcode printing, labelling, or packaging industry. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
