Job Description

    Content Development Contribute as a key member in the design, implementation, administration, evaluation, and revision of assessments in the subject of mathematics for projects. Create/Review/Facilitate high-quality assessment tools in for the projects in Mathematics. Ensure high-quality, pedagogically appropriate and innovative content creation and review, with a learner-centric focus. (Pre-K to 10 Mathematics). Write remedial for low-performance questions. Reviewing questions in Mathematics, suggest changes in content to enhance the quality. Coordinate and work with team members (internal as well as freelance members) and ensure that deliverables are met on time, and with high quality. Maintain appropriate documentation for all the deliverables. Travel to the field to evaluate the implementation of various assessment tools. Support Support/perform data analysis to measure student performance and unearth learning trends. Support in designing and conducting training and workshops on Assessment Processes, Question making, understanding results, reports, etc. Organizational Development Expand the scope of projects by high-quality dissemination through blogs, journal articles and working papers etc. Do continuous assessments and content-related research to improve the existing knowledge in the team. Support in teams growth and learning needs and build their capacity around pedagogy-related activities. Requirements Graduate/postgraduate with mathematics as one of the subjects. 0-3 years of experience in the education space. Freshers can apply too. A teaching experience in the K-8 segment will be an added advantage. A degree related to the field of education and development will be an added advantage.
